Transliteration: Kullan numiddu haolai wahaolai min AAatai rabbika wama kana AAatao rabbika mahthooran
Translation
As regards the provisions of this worldly life, We bestow them on these and on those; this is a gift of your Lord and there is none to withhold the gift of your Lord.
