Transliteration: Wama antum bimuAAjizeena fee alardi wala fee alssamai wama lakum min dooni Allahi min waliyyin wala naseerin

Translation

You can neither make (Him) helpless in the earth nor in the heaven, and you have no patron and helper to save you from Allah.
