Transliteration: Yunazzilu almalaikata bialrroohi min amrihi AAala man yashao min AAibadihi an anthiroo annahu la ilaha illa ana faittaqooni

Translation

He sends down by His command through His angels the Spirit on that one of His servants whom He chooses, (bidding), “warn the people that there is no other deity than I. Therefore, fear Me.”
