Transliteration: Waimma takhafanna min qawmin khiyanatan fainbith ilayhim AAala sawain inna Allaha la yuhibbu alkhaineena

Translation

And if you ever fear treachery from any people, throw their treaty openly before them; indeed Allah does not like the treacherous people.
