Transliteration: Thalika bianna Allaha lam yaku mughayyiran niAAmatan anAAamaha AAala qawmin hatta yughayyiroo ma bianfusihim waanna Allaha sameeAAun AAaleemun
Translation
This happened in accordance with Allahs way that He does not withdraw the favor He bestows on any people unless they themselves change their ways. Allah hears everything and knows everything.
