Surah 16: 16.40 — Prophet raised to explain

Transliteration: Innama qawluna lishayin itha aradnahu an naqoola lahu kun fayakoonu

Translation: (As regards its possibility.) when We desire to bring a thing into existence, We need only say, "Be", and it is there.
