Transliteration: Yuthabbitu Allahu allatheena amanoo bialqawli alththabiti fee alhayati alddunya wafee alakhirati wayudillu Allahu alththalimeena wayafAAalu Allahu ma yashao
Translation: Allah makes the believers steadfast in the life of this world and of the Hereafter with the firm Word but lets the transgressors go astray. Allah has full power to do as He wills.
