Transliteration: Waothkur fee alkitabi moosa innahu kana mukhlasan wakana rasoolan nabiyyan
And mention in this Book Moses: he was a chosen person, and he was a Messenger Prophet.

Transliteration: Wanadaynahu min janibi alttoori alaymani waqarrabnahu najiyyan
We called him from the right side of Tur, and honored him with secret talk,

Transliteration: Wawahabna lahu min rahmatina akhahu haroona nabiyyan
and We made his brother Aaron a Prophet and gave to him (as an assistant).

Transliteration: Waothkur fee alkitabi ismaAAeela innahu kana sadiqa alwaAAdi wakana rasoolan nabiyyan
And make a mention in this Book of Ismail: he was true to his promise and was a Messenger Prophet.

Transliteration: Wakana yamuru ahlahu bialssalati waalzzakati wakana AAinda rabbihi mardiyyan
He enjoined his people to offer Salat and give Zakat, and his Lord was well pleased with him.

Transliteration: Waothkur fee alkitabi idreesa innahu kana siddeeqan nabiyyan
And make a mention in this Book of Idris: he was a righteous man, and a Prophet;

Transliteration: WarafaAAnahu makanan AAaliyyan
and We had raised him to a high position.

Transliteration: Olaika allatheena anAAama Allahu AAalayhim mina alnnabiyyeena min thurriyyati adama wamimman hamalna maAAa noohin wamin thurriyyati ibraheema waisraeela wamimman hadayna waijtabayna itha tutla AAalayhim ayatu alrrahmani kharroo sujjadan wabukiyyan
These are the Messengers on whom Allah bestowed His favors: they were from the descendants of Adam, and from the seed of those whom We carried in the Ark with Noah, and from the seed of Abraham and of Israel. They were among those people whom We guided aright and made Our chosen ones. They were so tender-hearted that when the Revelations of the Merciful were recited to them, they fell down prostrate in a state of weeping.

Transliteration: Fakhalafa min baAAdihim khalfun adaAAoo alssalata waittabaAAoo alshshahawati fasawfa yalqawna ghayyan
Then there came after them those degenerate people, who lost their Salat and followed their lusts: so they shall soon encounter the consequences of their deviation.

Transliteration: Illa man taba waamana waAAamila salihan faolaika yadkhuloona aljannata wala yuthlamoona shayan
However; those, who repent and believe and do righteous deeds, will enter the Garden and they will not be wronged in the least.

Transliteration: Jannati AAadnin allatee waAAada alrrahmanu AAibadahu bialghaybi innahu kana waAAduhu matiyyan
They will have those everlasting Gardens, which the Merciful has promised to His servants, while yet they have not seen them, and most surely that promise shall be fulfilled.

Transliteration: La yasmaAAoona feeha laghwan illa salaman walahum rizquhum feeha bukratan waAAashiyyan
There they will not hear any idle talk but only what shall be good and sensible, and they will get their provisions regularly in the morning and evening.

Transliteration: Tilka aljannatu allatee noorithu min AAibadina man kana taqiyyan
That is the Garden which We will give as an inheritance to that one of Our servants, who leads a pious life.

Transliteration: Wama natanazzalu illa biamri rabbika lahu ma bayna aydeena wama khalfana wama bayna thalika wama kana rabbuka nasiyyan
O Muhammad, we do not come down save at the bidding of your Lord; to Him belongs all that is before us and all that is behind us and all that lies between, and your Lord is never forgetful.

Transliteration: Rabbu alssamawati waalardi wama baynahuma faoAAbudhu waistabir liAAibadatihi hal taAAlamu lahu samiyyan
He is the Lord, of the Heavens and the Lord of the Earth, and of all that is between them; so serve Him and be steadfast in His service. Do you know of any other being equal in rank to Him?
