Transliteration: Thalika bianna Allaha yooliju allayla fee alnnahari wayooliju alnnahara fee allayli waanna Allaha sameeAAun baseerun

Translation

So it is because it is Allah Who brings forth the day from the night and the night from the day and He hears everything and sees everything.
