Transliteration: Aliflamra kitabun ohkimat ayatuhu thumma fussilat min ladun hakeemin khabeerin

Translation

Alif Lam Ra. It is an Edict whose contents have been made firm and issued in detail2 by the All-Wise and All-Aware: (it is this):
