Transliteration: Wala tufsidoo fee alardi baAAda islahiha waodAAoohu khawfan watamaAAan inna rahmata Allahi qareebun mina almuhsineena
Translation
Do not spread chaos on the earth after it has been set in order, and call your Lord with fear and with hope. Surely, the mercy of Allah is near to the righteous people.
