وَنَصَرُوا أُؤْلَـٰئِكَ | wanasaroo olaika | كَانُوا أُؤْلِي | kanoo olee | ثُقِفُوا أُخِذُوا | thuqifoo okhithoo | وَنُودُوا أَن | wanoodoo an | تُفْلِحُوا إِذًا | tuflihoo ithan |
وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا ءَايَـٰتِ | wala tattakhithoo ayati | أَخرِجُوا أَنفُسَكُم | akhrijoo anfusakum | شَهِدُوا أَنَّ | shahidoo anna | كَفَرُوا أَن | kafaroo an | وَإِحْفَظُوا أَيمَـٰنَكُم | waihfathoo aymanakum |
تَستَرضِعُوا أَولَادَكُم | tastarDiAAoo awladakum | لِتَبلُغُوا أَشُدَّكُم | litablughoo ashuddakum | تَعفُوا أَقرَبُ | taAAfoo aqrabu | فَسَقُوا أَنَّهُم | fasaqoo annahum | لَتَرِكُوا ءَالِهَتِنَا | latarikoo alihatina |
فَقَالُوا أَرِنَا | faqaloo arina | إِعْلَمُوا أَنَّ | aiAAlamoo anna | وَلَو كَانُوا ءَبَاءَهُم | walaw kanoo abaahum | وَكَرِهُٗ أَن | wakarihoo an | تُوبُوا إِلَيهِ | tooboo ilayhi |
فَِستَهزُِوا إِنَّ | faistahzioo inna | فَتَابُوا إِلىٰ | fataboo ila | وَأَخْبَتُوا إِلىٰ | waakhbatoo ila | تَتَّخِذُوا إِلَـٰهَينِ | tattakhithoo ilahayni | فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّىٰ | fasajadoo illa |
كَفَرُوا إِلىٰ | kafaroo ila | فَتَرَبَّصُوا إِنَّ | fatarabbaSoo inna | يَبْسُطُوا إِلَيكُم | yabsuToo ilaykum | قَالُوا إِنَّمَا | qaloo innama | ظَلَمُوا إِذْ | thalamoo ith |
يَدعُوا إِلىٰ | yadAAoo ila | وَإِبْتَغُوا إِلىٰ | waibtaghoo ila | ثُقِفُوا إِلَّىٰ | thuqifoo illa | يَتَحَـٰكَمُوا إِلىٰ | yatahakamoo ila | وَأَمرُهٗ إِلَيهِ | waamruhoo ilayhi |

Translation:Those who embraced the Faith and emigrated from their homes and expended their possessions and their lives in the Way of Allah, and those who gave refuge to the emigrants and helped them, are indeed the guardians of one another. However, you have no relation of guardianship with those who have embraced the Faith, but have not emigrated (to Dar-ul-Islam) until they emigrates50 (to it); yet it is obligatory on you to help them in the matters of Faith, if they ask for your help, except against a people with whom you have a treaty. |

Translation:Those who embraced the Faith, emigrated and exerted their utmost in the Way of Allah, and those who gave refuge to the emigrants and helped them, are true believers: there is forgiveness for them and the best of provisions. |
