Translation: And when We send down one verse to elaborate upon the other-and Allah knows best what to send down, they say, "You forge this Quran yourself." The fact is that most of them do not know the reality.

Translit: Waitha baddalna ayatan makana ayatin waAllahu aAAlamu bima yunazzilu qaloo innama anta muftarin bal aktharuhum la yaAAlamoona
